Thin Crust Style Pizza in Poughkeepsie

Sometimes, it really does just come down to timing.

After a lot of thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to end our time at Smith Bros. Pizza at One Dutchess.

We’re incredibly proud of what we created there and grateful to everyone who gave Smith Bros. a chance, became a regular, told a friend, ordered a pizza, or simply stopped in to see what we were all about.

We also want to thank the team at One Dutchess for giving us the opportunity to bring the Smith Bros. concept to life in such a unique location.

Sometimes a great idea and the right place just don’t come together at the right time. While we wish the story had played out differently, we’re thankful for the experience, for everything we learned, and especially for all of you who supported us along the way.

So, for now, this is the end of Smith Bros. Pizza.

But it may not be the end of that thin-crust pizza you came to love.
